Verde takes a vertically integrated approach to achieving uncompromising value and quality control by delivering a turnkey solution to our customers. Verde also presents a compelling and profitable high-value system to lower risk, accrue benefits and drive profitability for our investors. Through our offsite fabrication and assembly with proven technology industry leaders, FullStack Modular and Pinnacle, Verde can custom design and engineer a diverse arrangement of building types with preset floor plans at a lower overall cost and with significantly greater delivery efficiency and accuracy.
Verde’s project development, logistics and transportation and onsite set & stitch construction teams work hand-in-hand with our local co-development partners to ensure seamless delivery - resulting in a 70% to 90% “full solution” based on Verde’s predetermined role and scope of the project.
Verde designs, finances, develops, and operates eco-friendly residential mixed‐use communities on behalf of it investors, including single‐family homes, resort communities and apartment complexes. Our brands will include Verde Communities™, Verde Homes™, and Verde Resorts™. All Verde buildings are built to minimize environmental impact. We further incorporate energy‐efficient systems, sustainable materials, and green technologies to reduce operational costs and carbon footprints.
These are prefabricated structures that are built in panel sections or volumetric modules in a controlled factory environment and later assembled on‐site. Verde’s customers can tailor modular buildings to their specific needs, including size, layout, floors, finishes, and features.
Our turn-key approach makes an otherwise conventional development approach even more compelling and profitable. Verde’s off-site modular product, combined with in-house transport and logistics expertise, allows us to advance ‘integrated project delivery’ which lowers cost, overall completion time, and brings numerous other project benefits.
The core service involves the fabrication of modular building components in a controlled factory environment. Skilled craftsmen assemble these components to precise specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Our technology partners deliver superior proprietary steel and “concrete”, hybrid panel + volume system which is adaptable to many housing and architecture styles, while minimizing waste and costs to realize added margins and meet Verde’s ESG goals. Perhaps most importantly, we can deliver a superior product at 10% to 15% lower cost than traditional construction with 30% to 50% faster construction times, resulting in many other savings and market advantages for our developer partners from all sectors.
Verde Global will have a dedicated fleet including trucks, trailers, and drivers with extensive experience in oversized and high-value freight through our partnership with T&M Logistics. Fleets strategically positioned at each factory location. Verde Global has a dedicated fleet including trucks, trailers, and drivers.
In phase 1 of our efforts, 2023-2024, Verde will outsource these components to our future partners for lower initial CapEx and OpEx. Our bundling of the product + service with transport and logistics, including set and stitch of our modular units gives Verde a significant and sustainable competitive advantage compared to other traditional on-site stick-built developers.
Our set and stitch team are the last component of this delivery process, starting with a set crew, crane, and logistics management while construction in the factory is taking place. The Verde team is led by team members Ty and Josh, who have proven experience in modular projects across the U.S. and the extensive knowledge on the assembly process and structural connections that are created by the modular factory, architect and engineers, along with crane coordination and team assembly to provide a weather-tight building.
Providing this service is a significant component to the overall solution; giving Verde more project control, allowing us to warranty the product and lower overall risk. It also eliminates the historical uncertainty on on-site vs. off-site roles and responsibilities which can drive up costs and create numerous other problems. Many on-site crews are unfamiliar and uncomfortable with this complex inside-out approach as modular frames are constructed as planes, fitted as boxes, and then finished from the inside-out.
